The company was co-founded by Jason O’ Hara after he successfully implemented a turnaround strategy at the Robben Island Museum as Chief Financial Officer. Infinity offers the services of two chartered accountants to entities on a full-time exclusive contract basis. The partners, Jason O’Hara CA (SA) and Sean Gargan CA (SA), offer hands-on service and personally undertake the completion of each project.

Infinity offers a variety of other services to entities on a project by project basis. We realise that in today’s economic climate skilled resources are not always required on a permanent basis. Infinity’s project driven approach delivers results in a timely and cost effective manner and allows services to be tailored to the client’s needs.

Infinity has access to a range of hand picked Chartered Accountants, legal advisors and other expert consultants to support our mandate of focusing on problem areas and devising strategic restructuring and other services on a customised basis.

Infinity contracts with its clients on the basis of an hourly rate or fixed fee which is flexible to the entity’s needs. We contract with our clients on an exclusive basis for the entire period of the contract.
